Mr. Shastri has inducted with specialization in mathematics and post inducted in management studies from Somiya institute of management, Mumbai with over 2 decades of experience in security industry he has played significant role in NSF Group’s expansion. He has an uncanny ability to get into the depth of a seemingly complex problem and come out with a solution that in simple and pragmatic. He believes that a business only exists to create, retain and delight a customer. Such strong customer and stakeholder focused beliefs make him ideal leader.

Kamal is responsible for managing sensitive corporate affairs of the group on pan India basis. He advises on key policy issues manages Industrial Relations (IR) and client relationships. He leads strategic and operational matters to ensure that the group’s sustainable objectives are senselessly met. A true leader with over 18 years of experience, Kamal is well connected and respected within the Security Industry.

Mr Shaikh mohammad Riyaz joined NSF Security Ltd in 2011 as the Operation Manager after spending three years working in Operation, his success in building relationships with business partners, Mr Riyaz was promoted to Director Operation. Mr Riyaz is responsible for providing support to all partners, the Implementation Team and clients during the set up period. Mr Riyaz also monitors on going client satisfaction, attends all contractual review meetings during the implementation stage and in line with the client’s requirements thereafter. Mr Riyaz is known for offering support and guidance to clients and colleagues through the knowledge and experience he has acquired throughout his career at NSF Security.

Mrs Sanika holds a master’s degree in commerce from university of Mumbai. With over a decade of experience she looks after finance and corporate governance process, and is responsible for periodic audits for compliance and improvements. May of her close association consider her human machine who works round the clock with an excellent memory and ever enthusiastic mood that is god gifted.

A charismatic leader with a passion for perfection after serving Indian Navy for more than 3 decades. Capt Kulwant became part of NSF Group in 2011. Leading security audit seemed to him like an extension of his naval days. He utilizes his defence experience to create opportunities for other individuals sharing a similar passion for value vigilance, discipline and a zeal to protect.

A gentleman with over 40 years of experience both in Navy and Civil. As a firm believer of freedom of association and recognizes and respects employees’ rights to freedom of peaceful association and collective transparency. He also facilitates open communication and direct engagement between grass root team member and management. Lieut J.P is a guiding force to his subordinates. Been at the helm of affairs since 2010, has been instrumental in implementing policies and sop’s related to training and welfare.
