Chairman
Mr. J.P. Tiwari is the Chairman of NSF GROUP and the founder of the organisation’s security business. He started the organisation in 1989 and has been instrumental in building its foundation and long-term direction. In addition to his association with NSF GROUP, he is also involved in education through SJP International School, affiliated with the CBSE Board.
Mr. S.K. Tiwari
Managing Director
Mr. S.K. Tiwari serves as Managing Director of NSF GROUP and is responsible for driving the organisation’s strategic direction, business growth and operational excellence. With extensive experience in the security industry, he has played an important role in strengthening client relationships, service delivery and organisational systems. His leadership focuses on sustainable growth, professionalism and customer-centric operations.
Mr. Suvarna Singh
Vice President – Operations
Mr. Suvarna Singh became a part of NSF GROUP in 2014 and has been associated with the organisation’s business and operational development. He contributes to strategic planning, client relationships and service delivery across the country. His experience and industry understanding support NSF GROUP in maintaining consistent standards and strengthening its presence across diverse locations.
Capt. Kulwant Singh
HOD Audit, Security
A charismatic leader with a passion for perfection after serving Indian Navy for more than 3 decades. Capt Kulwant became part of NSF GROUP in 2011. Leading security audit seemed to him like an extension of his naval days. He utilises his defence experience to create opportunities for other individuals sharing a similar passion for value vigilance, discipline and a zeal to protect.
Ms. Poonam Chourasiya
Finance Head
Ms. Poonam Chourasiya is the Head of Finance at NSF GROUP. She became a part of NSF GROUP in 2011 and oversees finance, compliance, payroll and related financial processes. She works closely with management to support financial discipline, statutory requirements, reporting and process controls, contributing to the organisation’s operational stability and governance.

Ms. Ruby Pandey is a key member of the NSF GROUP team and contributes to the organisation through her functional responsibilities and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Her role supports smooth execution of business processes, timely communication and service coordination. Mr. Vilas Ravan
Training Head
Mr. Vilas Ravan is the Training Head at NSF GROUP and an Ex-Army Officer with valuable experience in security, training and operational discipline. He plays an important role in planning and coordinating training programmes, strengthening the skills and professionalism of security personnel, and ensuring that training standards are aligned with organisational and site-specific requirements. His military experience and practical approach contribute significantly to maintaining high standards of discipline, preparedness and service delivery across NSF GROUP.
